Dawn Lamb

Owner and founder of Elyte Fitness, Dawn has a BSc (Hons) Sports degree in Health and Fitness, and is a fully certified Body Control Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer. With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, she will tailor your exercise programme to meet your needs, whether you are training in a group or 1:1.

Ashley Hicks

The manager at Elyte Fitness, Ashley has a BSc in Sports Science and Exercise. Ashley applies the latest thinking in sports science to your exercise programmes and diet plans.

Lewis Lamb

Co-owner of Elyte Fitness, Lewis is a level 3 qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. Lewis has a passion for fitness and thrives on helping individuals achieve and exceed their personal goals.

Personal Training Session: £35
or 2 Sessions per week: £60

12-week transformation package:

Full macro nutrient analysis, measurement of daily fluid intake and vitamin and mineral quartiles within recommended guidelines, we will highlight any areas of concern and from there we will provide simple dietary recommendations.

Advanced Dietary Analysis: £30
