This boxing technique involves a whole range of movement that improves your cardio fitness, flexibility and coordination. We will be put through a range of boxing drills to improve your overall fitness and stamina.

Kickboxing provides a full body workout, leading to improvements in cardiovascular endurance and muscular toning. This class works all your muscle groups with a blend of boxing, martial arts and aerobic movement. Kickboxing also improves self confidence, leaving you feeling tired but empowered, plus it is a lot of fun!
