HIIT the Deck
This class will put you through 45 minutes of high intensity training. No bands, no weights, no bars, just you and the deck.
As you pull and twist your body into a variety of positions. This workout will increase your strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance & core stability.
This is High intensity interval training utilising battle ropes, kettlebells. Ideal if you’re looking to improve power and endurance.
A combination of skipping and body weight exercises for all levels. Develop your skipping technique by improving balance, coordination and footwork using training ropes.
